How many square feet are in a roofing square?
One roofing square equals 100 square feet of roof surface area. Sloped surface area can differ from the horizontal footprint.
How accurate are the measurements?
Every report carries a confidence grade from A to D, the reasons behind that grade, and a list of what the imagery could not support. RoofKarma publishes no accuracy percentage, because no measured scorecard has been published that would stand behind one. Where the evidence is too thin, the report widens or withholds the affected figures and says which.
What does a report cost?
Nine dollars for one Quick Squares report for a supported building, plus applicable tax. Full Roof Measurement, Sales & Proposal Suite and Specialty & Trades are sample previews. For people who buy reports regularly there are two plans: Starter at $29 a month including 5 report credits, and Pro at $99 a month including 30. Paid annually they are $290 with 60 credits and $990 with 360 credits, issued upfront. Monthly included credits roll over for two more billing months while subscribed; annual credits expire at the end of the paid term. Checkout shows the applicable taxes and payment mode.
Who sees my address and my report?
You do. A report page is never public, never indexed by a search engine and never held in a shared cache, and its web address is not a way in on its own. A roofing business receives your contact details only after you have named that business and consented, and a recipients page lists everyone who has them and when they received them.
Will roofers start calling me?
Not unless you ask them to. Buying a report notifies nobody. Contact happens only when you select between one and three named businesses and agree to a consent statement that names those exact businesses and the channels you chose. That consent is never a condition of purchase, and one control stops further contact and disclosure.
What happens if my roof cannot be measured?
The report shows the facts the evidence does support and states the gap. Depending on the grade, the cost ranges are widened or withheld entirely. Where better permitted data exists, a bounded automated retry is offered. If generation fails terminally, a report credit is restored and a guest order is refunded. There is no paid human review to buy and no guaranteed recovery date.
